What are the Carnivals of Morelos?

Morelos carnivals are a tumult of celebrations that take place in the state of Morelos. One of the particularities of these carnivals is that generally, each municipality celebrates its own festivities and some comprise the same elements. However, on some occasions the dress of the characters changes in color, decoration and shape.
One of the factors in common is the character “Chínelos”, this is a costume that is constituted of a sombrero, generally black, cone-shaped with distinctive Aztec gods, sequins, bangs, some feathers and other elements.
