What is the Tallinn Carnival Parade?
The Tallinn Carnival or Tallinn Carnival Parade is a celebration held every year in the capital of Estonia, Tallinn. It is a celebration whose purpose is to elaborate a cultural exchange between Brazil and Estonia.
